The intention behind these videos is to help you gain insights about the nature of wellbeing and the mental health that is common to us all.
I hope that they will help get you in touch with the unrealized power that you have inside of you, that helps you keep your cool and navigate life through whatever comes your way.
The optimal way to watch these videos is when you're in a relaxed and open state. It’s there you have a clear mind that's open and receptive to new ideas and it's there where your insights come out and create a shift in the way you see your own mental health and wellbeing.
If you hear a new concept, something that is different, or something that you don’t completely understand, I ask that you keep listening. The videos were made sequentially and some concepts may become clearer in the subsequent video.
You don’t need to remember exactly what I said or take notes on the videos, rather listen for what is behind the words, the principles, and the feeling that I am trying to convey.
Each video will be unlocked 4 days after the previous to give you some time to reflect and see what insights and shifts come your way. In the meantime, feel free to watch the video again, you may hear something new and you never know when that insight or shift will come.
